Clinical-Grade Support

Gigasort systems have been designed to ensure clinical-grade reliability and ease of use.  Gigasort technology’s use of parallel arrays of microsorters in each cartridge provides extensive redundancy to ensure reliability . Gigasort systems also implement weekly, daily, and runtime self-test operations to assure users that problems are identified and resolved before the start of cell production. Cytonome uses each system’s automatic self-test routines to drive Cytonome’s Clinical Grade UptimeSM service program.

Gigasort™ systems have no specificity as to which cells are separated. To separate selected cell types, the user supplies the reagents that provide cell specificity and sets program parameters of the Gigasort™ system to conform to the user's protocol specifications.
